Terms and Conditions

The following is the scope of returns/refunds for all products. All our returns/refunds will be bound by the following:

• If a product is discovered to be defective or has a manufacturing issue, or if you are sent the wrong item, we will ensure that a replacement is provided as swiftly as possible, utilizing our utmost efforts. 
• A complete refund for the product will be processed only if we do not have a replacement of the same item in stock. In all other situations, we will proceed with replacing the product.  
• Concerning the reimbursement of the shipping fee you paid when returning the product to us, we can refund only the lesser amount between what it cost us to ship the product to you and the amount you incurred. 
• Items purchased during promotional sales or discount events are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 
• If a refund is requested for an order that needs to be cancelled within 24 hours, a fee of 2.5% will be applied. 
• After you receive the product, we request that you thoroughly examine it for any signs of damage, size inconsistencies, or manufacturing defects. If you discover any issues, please reach out to our customer support at +917908270927 promptly. Reports of damages, defects, or size alterations should be made within 24 hours, and returns are to be processed within 10 days. Additionally, we suggest capturing an unboxing video upon delivery of the package. 
• To guarantee a smooth experience and maintain quality assurance, we kindly ask that you document an unboxing video when your order is delivered. Please initiate the recording immediately upon receipt of the package, ensuring that the packaging tape is not removed. This practice will assist us in resolving any concerns related to your order more swiftly. 
• All returns and refunds will be executed by Motobon Store within 5 to 10 business days, but the actual refund times may fluctuate depending on the respective banking institutions.
